Orders will be processed within 3-4 business days after payment is confirmed. As we are based in a remote area, our courier services the area once a week. Once the order is complete your item will reach your given address within 5-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your item is packaged and on its way to you.

International

PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE PURCHASING FROM OUR SITE. We do not typically deliver abroad so we do this on a case by case basis depending if the customer is happy to pay the shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange items, the garments must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and not damaged.

To request an exchange, please email hello@daisiejo.com with your order details and reason for exchanging or returning.

All returns and exchange requests must be made within 7 working days of receiving the item in order for a return request to be processed. Customers are responsible for paying the return courier cost. 

Once you receive your return approval notification via email, you can courier your package to the address provided via the confirmation email. Once we have received your items in original condition you will receive your full refund through EFT. If you need to exchange items we can do so at an additional R100 handling fee.
